This encounter was opened by the speaker’s discussion on the presence or absence of
the connections, between a fair election law, stable and unstable political systems, and
constitutions. In addition the speaker tackled many important issues related to the
election system, including the effect of elections on the political system in general,
describing the situation by examples from Spain, Britain, Scandian countries, France.
He further pointed out to the main elements that affect the election system and should
be taken into consideration by the election law such as the geographical and
ideological elements, culture, and gender. He also mentioned that these elements are
different in each country and society.
The elections form, the elections circle, voting methods, the registration of voters,
and the managing of election process were also discussed.
